Ethel Pope Justice

Ethel Pope Justice, 95, went to be with her Lord Thursday June 22, 2017 at her residence. Ethel was born July 21, 1921 in Leon, KY a daughter of the late Ellis and Pearl Seagraves Pope. Including her parents Ethel was preceded in death by her first husband, Jess Barker; her second husband, Lonnie Clyde Justice; and a son, Joe Barker.
Ethel worked at the Hay’s Bait Shop for many years; and enjoyed quilting, cooking and attending to her garden.
Ethel is survived by two sons, Ralph (Mary) Barker of Upper Sandusky, OH and Jim Justice of Grayson; a sister, Jetta White of Coleman, AL; nine grandchildren, Julie (Gordon) Strait, Scott (Tamara) Barker, Michael Justice, Nicholas Justice, Devon Justice, Lakin Justice, Ronnie Joe (Melissa) Barker, Missy (Chuck) Hightower, and Jess (Jennifer)Barker; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a special niece, Carmen Hay; and many extended family and friends who all mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday June 25, 2017 at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Bro. Donald Pope officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
