I knew from the first time I ever met Pauline that she would not only become my patient but a very close friend that I Prayed for daily. She knew she was loved by her team at St Claire Home Care. We enjoyed our many visits, our laughs at who was gonna get to keep her for Physical Therapy. She never gave up and knew it was in Gods hands near the end. My last visit with her on Tuesday was a special one, I Prayed that God not let her suffer and that he knew best, 2 days later she would leave her earthly home to enter into her enteral home, Joined will Jesus and reunited with the love of her life Tim. Farewell my sweet friend, Till we meet again, I will never forget our friendship 💗
