Ottis Kiser

Ottis Kiser, 91, of Carter City went to be with his Lord on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Sanctuary of Ohio Valley in Ironton. Ottis was born May 18, 1932, in Carter City, KY, a son of the late Wallace “Wallie J” Kiser and Pearlie Parker Kiser. He was the owner and operator of Kiser’s Pool Room and Restaurant and he served his country in the U S Army during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Marie Tipton Kiser; daughter, Frieda Ann Kiser Parker; brothers, Marvin Kiser, Russell Kiser, Everett “Pete” Kiser, Melvin "Jim" Raymond Kiser and Cecil Kiser; sisters, Thelma Mae Kiser, Elise Ruth Kiser, Joyce Katherine Kiser and Beulah Kiser Tilsley. He is survived by a grandson, Donald Lee (Bobbie Ann Litteral) Parker and granddaughter, Lorinda Lynette Parker; son in law, Donald Parker of Carter City, KY; sisters, Gracie Porter of Grayson and Dottie Collins of Minnie, KY; brother, Frank Kiser of Mansfield, OH.
Services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Jordan, minister. Burial will be in the Kiser Cemetery.
