William Paul Huffman

William Paul Huffman, 91, of Iron Hill went to be with his Lord Thursday August 24, 2017 at his home. Paul was born May 4, 1926 a son of the late Luther Clarence and Beatrice James Huffman. Including his parents Paul was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Glenna Jean Huffman; two brothers, Clarence Elbert Huffman and Delbert Huffman; two sisters, Myrtle Elaine Akers and Bessie Huffman.
Paul was a US Army veteran who served his country honorably in WWII from 1944-1946. Paul was a life-long farmer, retired from Armco Steel after 31 years of service and attended Community Church in Iron Hill.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Dorothy Jacqueline “Jackie” Burchett Huffman; two sons, Doug Huffman and John Huffman; three daughters, Kathy Huffman all of Iron Hill, Rhonda (David) Greer of Wooster, OH and Kim (David) Compton of Louisa, KY; 4 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 7pm Monday August 28, 2017 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Bobby Bond officiating. Graveside services will be 11 am Tuesday August 29th at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East with Military Honors. Visitation will be 6-7 pm Monday at the funeral home.
