Alisa Kay Stephens

Alisa kay Stephens, 55, of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Alisa was born February 23, 1969, in Ashland, KY, a daughter of Brenda Parsons Ison and the late Max Ison. Alisa was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Josie Davis. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Tim Stephens; daughter, Maggie Stephens; brother, Josh (Terri) Ison of Titusville, FL; a niece, Kali Ison; and a host of other family and friends who will miss her.
