Arnold Campbell

Arnold “Rock” Campbell, 71, of Grayson went to be with his Lord Friday September 10, 2021 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital. Arnold was born August 9, 1950 in Carter County, KY a son of the late Walter and Cloetine Miller Campbell. In addition to his parents, Arnold was preceded in death by two sons, Keith Edward Campbell and Christopher Matthew Campbell. Arnold was a life-long farmer, having hosted the Sorghum Festival for over 30 years. Arnold was of the Christian faith and loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Arnold is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary Roberts Campbell; two sons, David (Cathy Hanshaw) Campbell of Olive HIll and Charlie (Rhonda) Campbell of Grayson; three daughters, Teresia (John)Cooper of Carter City, Stephanie (Tim) Stamper of Wallingford, KY and Melissa (Woody) Dearfield of Grayson; a daughter in-law, Annie Campbell; 10 grandchildren; a brother, James (Kathy) Campbell of Grayson; a sister, Glenda (James) Flannery of Oldtown; and several special nieces and nephews who all mourn his passing.
A graveside service will be 2 pm Wednesday September 15, 2021 at the Campbell Family Cemetery with Tom Riffe officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the Malone Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
