Augusta Lewis

Augusta Faye Lewis, 90, of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 20, 2023 in Hospice Care Center in Ashland.  Gusty was born May 26, 1932 in Beetle, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Charles Malcolm and Ruth Sturgill Yates.  She was a homemaker and of Christian Faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson Lewis; sons, Kenneth Charles Lewis, Dwayne Edward Lewis and Ronald Darrell Lewis; grandson, Devin Campbell; son in law, John Blevins; brothers, William Yates, Johnny Yates and twins, Fred and Ed Yates; sister, Shelby Yates.  Her survivors include; Emerson (Brenda) Lewis, Jackie (Bobbi) Lewis and Robert Lewis; daugthers, Audrey Lee Blevins, Regina (Chad) Jones and Trenna (Paul) Campbell; sisters, Ann Dyer, Helen Peterson, Mary Clark, Virginia Yates and Joyce Parsons; brothers, Amon Yates, Charles Yates and Roger Yates; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
