Bob G Hensley

Bob Gene Hensley, 72, of Grayson went to be with his Lord Friday, April 15, 2022 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Bob was born October 2, 1949 in Lawrence County, KY a son of the late Arville and Mae Rice Hensley. Bob was a member of Mayhew Flats Church and served as a Deacon. Bob was a mechanic at Blue Ribbon Lanes for over 40 years. Bob loved woodworking, having built his log cabin, which he was very proud. Bob was an avid angler, and loved spending time making pizzas with family and friends. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Jessie Marie Litteral Hensley; six brothers, Arville (Rachel) Hensley, Paul (Debra) Hensley, Roger (Lynn) Hensley, Darrell (Helen) Hensley, Gary Hensley, and Richard (Tammy) Hensley all of Ashland; three sisters, Delores (Mike) Bartley of Liberty, OH, Shirley (Russ) Arnett of Flatwoods and Linda (Mike) Malone of Catlettsburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family who all mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday April 19, 2022 at the Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Rice and Bro. Phillip Litteral officiating. Burial will follow in the Dixon Cemetery.
