Carl ''Sweeter'' Martin

Carl “Sweeter” Martin, 86 of Grayson went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Carl was born September 1, 1932 in Pactolus, KY a son of the late Robert and Carrie Hannah Martin. He was preceded in death by seven brothers, Athene Martin, Richard Martin, Chester Martin, Willie Martin, Vernon Martin, Raymond Martin and Watt Martin; one sister, Lucy Wilburn. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Shirley Riley Martin; two daughters, Carla Martin of Morehead, KY and Athena (Bill) Bradley of Grayson; one sisters, Georgia Perry of Grayson; brother, Kenneth Martin of Grayson; two grandsons, Derrick Bradley and Devin Bradley. Several half-brothers and sisters.
