Carolyn ''Carrie'' Adams

Carolyn “Carrie” Adams, 77, of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her residence. Carrie was born August 18, 1945 in East Chicago, IN, a daughter of the late Russell “R.Q.” Adams and Rose Svetic Adams. Carrie retired after 49 years with the Commercial Bank of Grayson and was a member of Bagby Memorial United Methodist Church. Carrie was an animal lover particularly dogs. She was an accomplished dancer particularly clogging. She had a beautiful voice but never sang in a choir. She is survived by her sister, Kathleen Adams of Louisville, KY, special friends, Karen Womack, Kay Jarrell, Nancy Weber, Anne Wood, Kennie Stephens and many loving family members.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Bagby Memorial United Methodist Church with Phillip Nunley, minister. Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 at Malone Funeral Home and after 11:00 a.m. until service Wednesday at church.
