Dakota Wayne Campbell

Dakota Wayne Campbell, 28, of Grayson, died suddenly Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Dakota was born January 31, 1989, in Morehead, to Stephanie "Shawnie" Hensley.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jayda Reece Hensley; a maternal grandmother, Evelina "Lock" McDavid; paternal grandparents, Paul Campbell & Barb "Carter" Campbell; and one uncle, Fred Malone.
Dakota was baptized in the Baptist faith and an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting ginseng and mushrooms, reading his bible, and spending time with family and friends. Dakota was also a tree climber and trimmer by trade.
Dakota is survived by one son, Xander Wayne; one daughter, Rihanna Worthington; his mother, Stephanie "Shawnie" Hensley; two sisters, Jordan Campbell (Brandon) & Krystal McWhorter (Bil); one brother, Jacob Hensley; significant other, Nikki Adams; maternal grandparents, Pat & Linda McDavid; two nieces, Zoie Washington & Sophia Parker; two nephews, Jaiden Washington & Gunner Parker. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
