Darlene Steele

Darlene Steele, 69 of Olive Hill went to be with her Lord on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland. Darlene was born September 27, 1948 in Columbus, OH a daughter of the late Albert Sr. and Juanita Harler Johnson. She was preceded in death by a brother Albert Johnson, Jr., and one sister, Sarah Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Ronnie Steele; three sons, Timothy Edison Steele, Daniel Albert Steele and Jerry Steele all of Hitchins KY; one daughter, Rebecca Ann Porter of Olive Hill; one sister, Linda Johnson of Hitchins; two brothers, Dennis Johnson of Bruin and Timothy Johnson of Grayson; thirteen grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Monday 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Delmar Rogers, minister. Burial will be in the Edison Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com.
