Delbert C. Everman, 89 of Grayson went to be with his Lord on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Delbert was born April 5, 1930 at Gregoryville, KY, a son of the late Frank and Maude Mae Drumwright Everman. He was a retired foreman from General Refractories working 42 years, served his country in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Gregoryville Christian Holiness Church. He loved to farm, raise a garden and grow flowers. He was preceded in death by two infant daughters, Deborah Ann Everman and Rita Kay Everman; brothers, Harvey and (Frances) Everman and Kenneth Everman; seven sisters, Ora and Jim Felty, Edith (Dan) Davis, Hermosia (Omer) Gobel, Bertha (Fred) Waggoner, Lillian Everman, Ellouise Everman and Ezel Everman; brothers-in-law, Bobby, John, Davy and Greg Justice, Carl Roe and Jim Kozee. Surviving is his wife of 63 years, Betty Justice Everman; two sons, Charles (Pam) Everman of Olive Hill, KY and Delbert (Gwen) Randy Everman of Grayson; granddaughter; Jodi Smith of Vesailles, KY; brothers-in-law, Lee Justice, Jr. and Phillip (Debbie) Justice; sisters-in-law, Peggy Kozee and Brenda Roe; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Delmar Rogers, minister. Burial will be in the Everman Cemetery at Gregoryville.
