MSgt. Earl Lee Kiser (USAF Ret.) 82 of Grayson was welcomed home to join his wife in the arms of his Savior on Sunday following a protracted illness. Earl was a good man. He was a devout Christian, having attended Stinson Church of Christ where he served as an elder. He was a loving husband and father. He served his country with honor and was awarded the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal. During his two tours of Viet Nam, he was exposed to Agent Orange, this exposure lead to multiple service-connected illnesses that would plague him the rest of his days.
Earl is preceded by his wife Jae (Noi) Kiser and grandson Somkiet Kiser Jr. He is survived by sisters Helen Burton and Donna Horton, a son, Somkiet Kiser, two daughters, Samorn (Kym) Kiser-Wills and Debbie Bellomy, son-in-laws Clayton E. Wills and W. Eddie Bellomy, granddaughters Erin Stephens, Hannah Bellomy, Riley Bellomy, Taylor Bellomy and Spencer Wills, and great granddaughter Baleigh Wilson and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Keith Sergent, minister. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East with full military honors. Earl will be reunited with his mother, father and siblings that have been called before him, and when they greet him and ask him how he is doing he’ll say “I’m doing.”
