Freida Gail Chitwood Hall

Freida Gail Chitwood Hall, 68, of Ashland went to be with her Lord Tuesday November 2, 2021 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Freida was born March 3, 1953 in Tullahoma, TN a daughter of the late, Franklin Pierce and Ruth Ann Temple Chitwood. In addition to her parents, Freida was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Ray Hall; a son in-law, Doug Farley; three brothers, Jerry Franklin “Red” Chitwood, James “Shorty” Chitwood and Butch Chitwood; and two sisters, Margaret Baker and Rebecca “Becca” Cunningham. Freida was a homemaker and enjoyed watching TV with her dog, “Lillie” and working seek and finds. Freida loved spending time with her grandchildren. Freida attended the Meade Station Church of God. Freida is survived by four daughters, Tearzah (Tracey) VanBibber of Ashland, Linda Gail Farley of Ironton, Tina (Terry) Corey of Ashland, Tonia (Jennifer Freeman) Hall of Ashland, 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a stepdaughter, Lauri Hall and a stepson, Lonnie Hall both of Indiana. A Celebration of Life service will be 6 pm Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Meade Station Church of God in Ashland. Friends may call from 5:30 pm Monday until the time of service.
