George Thomas Adams, Sr.

George Thomas Adams, Sr., 75 of Grayson went to be with his Lord on Friday, August 7, 2020 after a brief illness. George was born October 27, 1944 in Grayson, KY, a son of the late Milton R. Sr. and Opal Bays Adams. He was of Christian Faith. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Colt Adams and two brothers; Milton Adams, Jr. and Sonny Adams. He is survived by his wife, Eloise Adams; three sons, George (Maeghan) Adams Jr., Vic (Donna Kay) Adams and Russ (Dina) Adams all of Grayson; one daughter, Sheila (David) Porter of Grayson; two sisters, Mary Martha Barnhill and Nina Lambert both of Grayson; 12 grandchildren, Zach (Sydnie), Ashton, Caleb (Britney), Bret, Shelby, Elijah, Tyruss, Micah, Maelynn, Lilly and Max and 1 great-granddaughter, Gwyn; a host of nieces and nephews who he loved dearly and his bluegrass music family.
Celebration of life will be Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. at Mandolin Farms, 387 Owens Lane, Flemingsburg, KY 41104. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mandolin Farms.
