Georgia Mae Felty Lucas

Georgia Mae Felty Lucas, 98, of Rush, surrounded by her family went to be with her Lord on May 5, 2022 at her residence. Georgia was born August 3, 1923 in Grayson, a daughter of the late Jessie James Felty and Lucinda Moore Felty. She was a homemaker and a member of Kilgore United Methodist Church. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Lucas, daughter, Dotty Lucas Lee, grandson, Phillip Lucas, great-granddaughters, Kiara Jackson and Kaylyn Jackson, seven sisters, Mabel Prince, Phoeba Thomas, Roxie Sexton, Syliva Evans, Evelyn Shavers, Mary Berry and Edna Fannin, four brothers, Elidge Felty, Virgil Felty, Frank Felty and Gene Felty. She is survived by three sons, Don (Katie) Lucas, Ed Lucas and Glenn (Patty) Lucas all of Rush, four daughters, Pauline (Johnny) Fyffe, Wanda (Mike) Michels and Jeanie (Kevin) Rice all of Rush, Loretta Campbell of Grayson. 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 8 at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Guy Moyer, Bro. Mickey King and Bro. Keith Crum, ministers. Burial will be in the Cribbs Hill Cemetery.
