Hallie R Wade

Hallie R. Wade Jr., of Grayson went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 27,2021 at the Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Hallie was born September 27, 1930 in Yawkey, WV a son of the late, Hallie R. Sr. And Mildred Hill Wade. In addition to his parents, Hallie was preceded in death by a son, John A. Wade; a sister, Joyce L Summer of Ft. Myers, FL; a brother Teddy G. Wade of Hamlin, WV; a Great-Grandson and a Great-Great Granddaughter.  Hallie was a minister having preached many churches in Kentucky and West Virginia, he pastored 9 churches. Hallie worked in construction and retired as a school bus driver. Hallie is survived by his wife, Betty J. Cook Wade; two sons, Ed A (Ranae) Wade of Cedarville, WV and David (Janet) Wade of Grayson, KY; 7 Grandchildren Tim (Kimberly) Wade, Tiffany (Richard) Godfrey, Tara (Roy) Prunty, David (Barbie) Wade Jr., Jason (Brenda) Wade, Rachel (Matt) Gee, and Nathan Wade. 17 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild; and a host of extended family and friends who all mourn his passing. Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, November 6, 2021at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Ed and David Wade officiating. Burial will follow in the Orchard Hill Memorial Gardens in Yawkey, WV.
