Hazel Evans Shufflebarger, 88, of Grayson, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Kingsbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland, KY. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Hazel was born on April 12, 1933 in Grayson, KY. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Mabel Litteral Evans. Hazel was a graduate of Prichard High School in 1951 and met and married her husband, Dr. Harold Shufflebarger, on December 18, 1954. They were married 61 years.
Hazel assisted her husband in growing his medical practice in Grayson by working in his office as needed until his practice was established. She attended First Church of Christ in Grayson for many years.
