Herma Lee Childers Riffe

Herma Lee Childers Riffe, 52, of Webbville, went to be with her Lord Sunday, August 30, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Herma was born July 22, 1963 in Louisa, KY a daughter of Joe Edward and Judy Ruth Murphy Childers.  
Herma was a member of Dixie Park Freewill Baptist for 21 years.  Herma had many hobbies including, Scrap booking, taking pictures, crafts, singing, playing guitars, and baking.  Herma’s greatest joy was making many types of Birthday cakes for her family and friends.  
Herma is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Jeffery Lee Riffe; three daughters; Rachel Lee (Chris) Harris of Webbville, Donna Marie (Matthew) Barker of Catlettsburg, and Kimberly Denise (Dale) Robinson of Lexington; six grandchildren, Brian Harris, James Harris, Seth Barker, Jeffery Barker, Skylar Robinson and Emmett Robinson; a sister, Melissa (Dewey) Young of Louisa; three brothers, Herman Childers of Blaine, Ralph Childers of Webbville, and Joe (Melissa) Childers of Louisa.
Herma was preceded in death by her mother and father in-law, William “Bud” and Mary Jane Horton Riffe; and a sister in-law, Claudia Roseberry Riffe.
Funeral services will be 11am Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Terry Harris and Danny Clarkston officiating.  Burial will follow in the Riffe Family Cemetery on Bells Trace.  Visitation will be 6-9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.  Condolences may be sent to the Riffe Family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
