James Lowell Kozee

James Lowell Kozee, 74, of Grayson went to be with his Lord on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY. James was born October 2, 1942 at Johns Run, a son of the late Beecher and Ruby Pennington Kozee. He was a member of Stinson Church of Christ, retired from Armco Steel and Willard Masonic Lodge #626 F. & A.M. He served his country in the US Army. He was preceded in death by one brother, Carl Kozee and one sister, Janet Duncan. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Peggy Justice Kozee; two sons, Jimmy Lee and wife Beth Figiel Kozee of Grayson and Sheldon Kozee (Stuart Hurt) of Lexington KY; one sister, Joan Bocook of Dayton OH; one brother, Sam Kozee of Grayson; one grandson, Kanyon Kozee.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with John Sargent and Lonnie Bocook, officiating. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East with full military honors. Friends may call from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday till service.
