Janet Meenach

Janet G. Meenach, 83, of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Janet was born March 2, 1939 at Beetle, KY, a daughter of the late Ernest and Ollie Oney McDavid. Janet was a member of Little Fork United Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlin “Bud” Meenach; brothers, Jay McDavid and Jack McDavid; sisters, Lillian Porter and Maxine Howard. She is survived by a son, Michael (Christy) Meenach of Grayson; daughters, Tonja (Jeff) Bays, Michelle (Jess) Boggs and Lisa Sexton all of Grayson; one sister, Ethel “P.G.” McMaster of Grayson; grandchildren, Veronica Dartey, Whitney Sergent, Macy Meenach, Brice Boggs, Brayleigh Boggs and Madison Meenach; great-grandchildren, Mattilynn Sergent, Mia Sergent and Molly Sergent.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Grayson with Elder Tim Porter, minister. Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens.
