Linda King Huffman, age 71 of Grayson, Kentucky, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, April 18, 2022, at King Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born September 29th, 1950, in Carter County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Fred King Sr. and Nada Faye Hall King.
Linda was a member of Lindsey United Methodist Chapel for over 45 years, where she served as treasurer, secretary, and Sunday school teacher. Linda was a retired employee of the Carter County School system for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, especially her 3 grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, and Abigail.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Estill King, Leslie King, and Fred King Jr., four sisters, Myrtle King, Jennifer King, Carolyn Barker, and Evelyn Newman.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of almost 48 years, Clarence Elbert Huffman Jr, 2 sons, Jason Huffman of Grayson, Kentucky, and Jarrod Huffman of Grayson, Kentucky, 2 grand-sons, Ethan and Logan Huffman of Grayson, Ky, one grand-daughter. Abigail Huffman of Grayson, Kentucky, daughter-in-law, Lacy Lewis Huffman of Rush, Kentucky; one brother, Ronnie King (Debbie) of Grayson, Kentucky, one sister, Jewell Littleton (Roy) of Baltimore, Ohio, 2 brother in-laws, Jeffrey Huffman of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and Jack Barker of Raceland, Kentucky, and three sisters in-laws, Faye King of Grahn, Kentucky, Bonalou Fite (Tommy) of Grayson, Kentucky, and Berniece King of Lindsey, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Malone Funeral Home in Grayson, Kentucky, with Brother Steve Keyes and Sister Pat Kees officiating. Interment will follow in the Huffman Cemetery in Iron Hill, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday until service.
