Randall “Randy” Clay Rogers, 59, of Columbus, Ohio went to be with his Lord Wednesday March 27, 2019. Randy was born March 7, 1960 in Columbus, OH a son of Shirley Rae Griffey Rogers and the late Orville “Dee” Rogers who passed on March 22, 2019.
Randy was a member of the Jersey Baptist Church. Randy was a graduate of Otterbein University, and owned his own company Grand Slam Office Cleaning for over 20 years. Randy was an avid Ohio St. Football and Cincinnati Reds fan. Randy enjoyed going to the Ohio State Fair, bowling with his father and playing softball. Randy was known for his great sense of humor and his mathematical mind. Randy loved going to Myrtle Beach with his family and going to Gatlinburg with his Rogers family.
Including his mother, Randy is survived by his four daughters, Ashley (Michael) Elizabeth Rogers Pi of Las Vegas, NV, Amber Kay Rogers of Los Angeles, Amanda Nicole Rogers of Pataskala, OH and Anna Grace Rogers of Blacklick, OH; his aunts; Virginia “Jennie” Rogers Large of Webbville, Linda (Don) Rogers Flanery, Donna Sue Rogers both of Oldtown, Helen Burton, Kay Oney, Joann Bauers and Donrita Bond all of Olive Hill; a special friend, Brent Starr of Tempe, AZ; and several friends and extended family who all mourn his passing.
Combined funeral services for Randy and his Father, Dee will be 12 noon Friday March 29, 2019 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Danny Clarkston and Delmar Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Rogers-Messer Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 am Friday until the service hour all at the funeral home.
