Raymond Blevins

Raymond Blevins, 76 of Blaine went peacefully Sunday, April 08, 2018. Raymond was born February 25, 1942 in Edsel, KY a son of the late Ellis Hobson and Vesta Creech Blevins. He was an operating engineer with Capital Tunnel and a member of locals #18 in Columbus OH and #1445 in Catlettsburg. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Farrell Hobson Blevins, Darrell “Tiny” Blevins and Lloyd Henry Blevins. He is survived by five daughters; Sarah Beth Blevins of Webbville, Roxanne Justice of Clay WV, Bonnie Jean Blevins of Clay KY, Michelle Blevins of Lexington and Lisa Blevins of Ashland; one sister, Bonnie Sue Blevins Pack of Webbville KY; six grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at Victory Christian Center in Webbville with David Webb, minister. Burial will be in the Blevins Family Cemetery.
