Regina Stinnett

Regina “Gina” Jackson Stinnett, a resident of Tilbury, Canada, formerly of Grayson, KY, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Gina was born August 10, 1955, in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late James Curtis and Juanita Jackson. Deeply missed by her life partner, Jeff Wylie Erskine. Caring mother to Jose (Amanda) Reyna. Beloved sister to Debra Lowe and James M. (Gladys) Jackson. Loving grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also survived and missed by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her sons Bernard Christopher and Charles Lee Reyna and two great-grandchildren. Jeff Wylie Erskine was the love of Gina’s life, spending the last 12 years in Canada, a country she loved just as much as the US. Gina resided in St. Thomas for the first 9 years and then 3 years in Tilbury. Gina was the co-operator of Studio of Arts and Oddities at 38A Queen Street North, Tilbury. She leaves behind many friends, and many she called family. There weren’t many people that met Gina who didn’t have their lives touched by her in some way. She will be greatly missed not only in Canada, but also by her friends and family in Kentucky.
Memorial services will be Friday, 2:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Paul Holbrook, minister. Friends may call from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.malonefuneralhome.com.
