Richie E. Waggoner

Richard “Richie” E. Waggoner, 40 of Grayson, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at his residence. Richie was born June 29, 1978 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Robert and Dorothy Sergent Waggoner. He was a member of the Boilermaker’s Union 40 in Elizabethtown KY and a member of the Willard Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by a niece, Bridgett Jarvis and two great-nephews, Tank and Taggen Jarvis. He is survived by one son, Clay Waggoner of Grayson; one daughter, Ashley LaNiece “Niecy” Waggoner of Grayson; his ex-wife, Kimberly Ann McDavid of Grayson; one sister Robin (Frank) Rice of Grayson; two brothers: Danny (Judy) Waggoner of Grayson and Tim Waggoner of Rockwood TN; two nephews, Frank Rice III and Travis Rice; three nieces, Tabitha (Steve) Corn, Mindy (Allen) Snodgrass and Andi (Ronnie) Hackworth.
Services will be Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Tim Ratcliff and Keith Sergent, officiating. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
