Tiretha Kay Mauk

Tiretha Kay Waugh Mauk, 66, of Grayson went to be with her Lord Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Tiretha was born March 5, 1954 in Ashland, KY a daughter of the late Charles Hayden and Mary Lou Valandingham Waugh. In addition to her parents Tiretha was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Emmitt Mauk, four sisters, Carol Rice, Jennifer Waugh, Loushetta Rose Waugh Jordan and Lisa Skaggs. Tiretha was a graduate of East Carter High School, and was of the Baptist Faith. Tiretha loved spending time with her loving daughter and grandchildren. Tiretha is survived by a daughter, Penny Michelle Mauk; George Mauk both of Grayson; three grandchildren, Bradley Mauk, Hayden Mauk, and Tiffany Mauk; two great-grandchildren, Matthew Mauk and Sammy Mauk; three brothers, Chanie Waugh, Jeff Waugh both of Olive Hill and Doug Waugh of Brookville, KY; four sisters, Conechia Johnson of Grayson, Belva Schumacher of Grayson, Sherry Waugh of Olive Hill and Dawn Mauk of Flemingsburg, KY; and many friends and extended family who all mourn her passing.
