William Alexander Robinette Jr.

William “Bill” Alexander Robinette, Jr. 80, of Grayson went to be with his Lord Sunday September 26, 2021 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Bill was born December 5, 1940 in Wheeling, WV, and a son of the late William Alexander Sr., and Katherine Deffenbaugh Robinette. In Addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years, Mary A Damron Robinette; two sons, William A. Robinette, III and B.J. Robinette; and a granddaughter, Susan Marie Blevins.
Bill retired from the Grayson Little Creasers. Bill enjoyed listening to country music, watching sports and making people laugh.
Bill is survived by his five daughters, Lorna (Ezra) Adkins of Huntington, WV, Nancy (Tim) Parsons of Lavalette, WV, Jamie Lea Holbrook of Georgetown, KY, Donna Marie (John) Blevins and Laura Katherine (K.P.) Erwin both of Grayson; two sons, Rick Keigley of Kenova, WV and William Robert “Billy Bob” (Kenzie) Robinette of Louisville, KY; three adopted sons, Mark Blevins of Olive Hill, Joseph Blevins and Roger Blevins both of Grayson; 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; loving pet Daisy; and a host of friends and extended family who all mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held 1 pm Thursday September 30, 2021 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Bro. Delmar Rogers officiating. Visitation will be 11 am Thursday until the service hour at the funeral home. Condolences were sent to the family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
