William "Bill" Watson Riffe Jr.

William “Bill” Watson Riffe, Jr., 67, of Rush went to be with his Lord Wednesday April 14, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born December 5, 1953 in Grayson, KY a son of the late, William “Bud” Watson Sr. and Mary Jane Horton Riffe. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a sister, Claudia Roseberry. Bill was a mechanic with Riffe Brothers Garage and many other local shops. Bill attended Denton Baptist Church. Bill was known for his fun loving sense of humor. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Carolyn Diana Griffitts Riffe; a daughter, Amanda (Bryan) Caldwell of Ashland; two sons, William W. Riffe III of Rush and Eric Scott (Tabby) Riffe of Ashland; two grandchildren, Bryan Caldwell and Sarah Caldwell; two sisters, Debbie (Bobby) Russell of Lawrenceburg and Judy (Jerry) Porter of Grayson; three brothers, Jeffrey L. (Tempest) Riffe, Robert J. “Bob” (Vicky) Riffe and Charles W. (Rox Ann) Riffe all of Webbville; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family who all mourn his passing. Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday April 18, 2021 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Bro. Paul Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow in the Riffe Family Cemetery.
