Wilma Loretta “Lo” Collins Fuller, 87, of Rush passed away Friday August 24, 2018 at the Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Greenup where she received much comfort and great care. Lo was born November 30, 1930 in Boyd County a daughter of the late Willard and Elizabeth Adkins Collins. In addition of her parents Lo was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Ruth and Helen Bizzack; and two brothers, Shannon Collins and Sherman William "Pete" Collins. Lo was a retired retail clerk for Woolworths supermarket. Lo was a member of the Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s of Witnesses in Summit. Lo is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Elmer Fuller, Jr.; a brother, Nelson (Mary) Collins of Ashland; nieces, Rachel Williams of Ashland and D'Ann Collins Bertrand of South Point, OH; a nephew, Phil (Barb) Collins of Clayton, OH; great niece and nephew, Raegan and Rayce Williams of Ashland; a special friend and caregiver, Linda Sloas of Grayson; and many friends and extended family who all mourn her passing.
