Woodrow McGranahan

Woodrow McGranahan, 78 of Hitchins went to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at his residence. Woodrow was born July 25, 1943 in Louisa, KY, a son of the late George and Lutie Mercer McGranahan. He retired from B & M Rechrome and was a member of Savage Memorial Church. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Darren Hall; brothers, Ed McGranahan, Jim McGranahan, Bill McGranahan, Claude McGranahan, Jack McGranahan, Junior McGranahan, Ray McGranahan and Dave McGranahan; sister, Betty Jo Withrow. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce (Horton) McGranahan; three sons, Randy (Shirl) McGranahan, Rob (Andi) McGranahan and Marty (Jeannie) McGranahan; three daughters, Gloria (Randy) Hall, Valeria (Bart) Lawson and Candice (Bobby) Hall; sister, Flossie Bayes; brother, Charles (Tina) McGranahan; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted 1:00 p.m., January 12, at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Tackett, minister. Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens.
