Crystal Leigh Holbrook Adkins

Crystal Leigh Holbrook Adkins, 27 of Olive Hill went to be with her Lord on Friday, October 13, 2017 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. Crystal was born August 13, 1990 in Morehead, KY a daughter of Albert (Angie Randolph) Holbrook and Teresa (Charlie) Mae Waugh Martin. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Paul Holbrook. Her survivors including her parents and sisters; Kristen Nicole Holbrook of Olive Hill, Tashanda (Jon) Johnson of Grayson, Kelsey (Mick) Duncan of Stockton GA, Charley Martin, Natasha Knipp and Heather Randolph all of Olive Hill; brothers, Nicholas Randolph and Kelly Randolph of Olive Hill; Paternal grandmother, Laura Holbrook Skaggs of Olive Hill; Maternal grandparents, Howard and Linda Waugh; aunts, Tanya (Jim) Cox, Anita (Mark) Mosier, Mattlene Bledsoe, Antha (Rick) Prichard and Lucinda Holbrook; uncles, James Holbrook, Eddie Holbrook, Lancer Holbrook and Rodney Holbrook; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews whom mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Malone Funeral Home with Joe Mullins, minister. Burial will be in the Holbrook Family Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Hill, Howard Waugh, Jim Cox, Charlie Martin, Albert Holbrook, Nick Randolph, James Holbrook and Eddie Holbrook.
