Ronnie Lee Glancy

Ronnie Lee Glancy, 67, of Grayson passed away, Monday April 7, 2014 at his residence.  Ronnie was born September 30, 1946 in Grayson, KY., son of the late Leo and Belvia Lucas Glancy. He was also preceded by two brothers, Danny Leo Glancy and Donnie Glancy.
Ronnie was a US Marine Corps Veteran having served two terms during the Vietnam War.  After serving his country he came home to be a mechanic; where he loved working on cars for several shops in the Grayson area.  
Ronnie is survived by his companion of 24 years, Rose Mullins; a daughter, Lesa Erwin of Grayson; two step-sons, Charlie Mullins and Button Mullins both of Hitchins; five grandchildren, Robert, Corey and Brianna and two special grandchildren, Sammy and Justin, two sisters, Perlie (David) Miller and Pamela (Tommy) Acuff; two brothers, Johnny (Randy) Glancy and James (Charlotte) Boggs all of Hamilton, OH., and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral service will be 1 pm Thursday, April 10th, 2014 at the Malone Funeral Home with Danny Kelly officiating.  Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.  Friends may call from 10 am Thursday until the time of the service.  Condolences may be sent to the Glancy family at www.malonefuneralhome.com
