Clifford R. Hutchison

Clifford Ray (JimBob) (Hutch) Hutchison 81 of Rush, KY passed away Saturday, April 01, 2017 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. JimBob was born at Norton Branch, Rush, KY a son of the late Raymond Burton and Hazel Hutchison Davis.  He retired from the U.S. Army and New Jersey Army National Guard having served 40 years 6 months and 18 days.  JimBob attended the Wilson Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was also a member of Rush Masonic Lodge 715, F. &A.M.

He is survived by his wife Maria Heine Hutchison of 14 years, one daughter Kathryn Hutchison Munch (George Rowe) of Oak Ridge, NJ; five brothers, Bobby Jack (Lillie) Burton of Denton, Ronnie (Arvilla) Davis of Argillite, Teddy Davis of Rush, Charles (Iris) Davis of Rush and Larry “Moose” (Jenny) Davis of Rush; six sisters, Lou Ann (Ted) Crace of South Point, OH, Janet (Buddy) Amick of Louise, VA, Pearl (Hoppy) Coleman of Rush, Sandy (Buzzy) Thomas of Grayson, Brenda (Junior) Hale of Rush, Linda (Jack) Lucas of Rush and Rita Jo (Paul) Hutchinson of Rush; five grandchildren, Kathy Ann (Eli) Kababa of Randolph, NJ, Julie Hutchison of Columbia, SC, Michael Hutchison, Jr. of Dover, NJ, Megan Hutchison of NC and Ryan (Beth) Munch of Cincinnati, OH; five great-grandchildren, Kaelan, Noel, Conner, Violet and August.  A host of other nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, the Grandfather that raised him David Sylvester (Poppy) Hutchison, one son, Michael Hutchison; step-mother, Ruth Burton; three brothers, George “Corky” Burton, Donald Davis and Thomas Davis.

JimBob was away from KY for nearly 50 some odd years and was very happy to reconnect with his extended family when he returned in 2006.  He loved family reunions, get togethers and picnics.  JimBob was also the Lawn Enforcement Officer at his residence.  He loved his lawnmower and maintaining a well-manicured lawn.

There will be a memorial service at Wilson Creek Missionary Baptist Church on April 29, 2017 with Masonic Rites at 11:30 am, visitation until service time at 2:00 p.m with Joed Rice, minister.  Inurnment will be 11:00 a.m. at the KY Veterans Cemetery North East, on May 1st  with full military rites.  Condolences may be sent to JimBob’s family at www.malonefuneralhome.com.
