Forest Lee Ingle

Forest “Poppy” Lee Ingle, 84 of Rush went to be with his Lord on Saturday, April 8, 2017 after a long illness. Forest was born February 28, 1933 a son of the late Albert Lee Ingle and Mary Ruth Potter McClurg. He was retired from Laborers Local #1445 and a member of the Kilgore United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Wayland Ingle and two brothers, Gordon Dean McClurg and Bobby Joe McClurg. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joyce Yvonne Rigsby; five sons, Anthony Lee Ingle of Ashland, Jeffrey Waldon Ingle, Wesley Farrell Ingle, Marlin Roy and wife Allison Ingle and Myron Benjamin Ingle all of Rush KY; four daughters, Karen Yvonne and husband Roger of Ocala FL, Marcy and husband Brad Stowers of Culloden WV, Marla Joy and husband Terry Marshall of Grayson and Marnettia Belle and husband Nathan Johnson of Mt. Sterling; four sisters, Polly Hendricks and Jannell Hendricks both of Columbus OH, Louise Johnson of Houston and Judy Neal of Indianapolis IN; one brother, Coleman McClurg of Carter City; 32 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 12 noon at the Kilgore United Methodist Church with Fred Wiles and Guy Moyer, ministers. Burial will be in the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
